Hi All, This is a reminder that we will be having our annual winter meeting this Saturday. It is a one day event with the show committee meeting at 9:30 a.m. then the coordinator meeting from 11:30-12:00. We will have the potluck and raffle from 12:00 to 1:30 and the membership meeting will start immediately after that. Please remember to bring items for both the potluck and raffle. We use the proceeds from the raffle to pay for this meeting and any extra is shared by the gelding/youth funds. You must have your 2009 membership paid before the meeting to present any motions, to vote, or to participate on a committee. Make sure you have your membership up to date. There is also a rule passed several years ago that says any decisions made at the fall meeting in Woodland can not be changed unless significant new information has come to light. That should help this meeting move along, faster as so many things have already been taken care of. Attached is a copy of the Winter Meeting agenda. I hope to see many of you there.
